OUR STORY
SMOKIN MOTTON is the innovation of a Backyard Pitmaster whose focus is on creating and selling AMAZING smoked and grilled barbeque and stand-alone SAUCES and RUBS

"This all began while I was standing in line at a local grocery store. An older lady was in front of me and I asked her if she knew how to make BBQ Sauce from scratch. I wanted to try and make a similar BBQ Sauce of a local BBQ Wing shop. The sweet lady gave me the blueprint to the creation of several amazing recipes. As I created new recipes I shared my creation with family, friends, and co-workers to get their opinion.
With their approval and request to taste the sauce on food, I began to play with the grill and smoker. I used the sauce on pulled pork and "that was all she wrote." With my Southern Creole background, I have created sauces and matching seasonings to provide the most amazing flavor for barbeque
