RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Please note: We can not accept returns or exchanges on grocery products. If we make an error, we will automatically replace items. However, if a customer ordered and received what they ordered, it can not be exchanged or returned.

Once you place your order on smokinmotton.com, you will receive an email confirmation. To cancel the order, please call us immediately at (216) 804-9842. Once you have received a tracking number, your order will no longer be eligible for changing items or cancellation.
During the holiday rush, please allow additional time for your order to be shipped. During non-holiday times, you can expect your order to be fulfilled in 7-10 business days for your order to be shipped. Once it has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email or text with tracking number.
Smokin Motton cannot be held liable for confirmed deliveries that are not received. If your order has been confirmed as delivered via the tracking system provided, we recommend that you first call your local post office or UPS to inquire further.
